Report on The Average and Median Time Spent in a Deal Stage
Did you know Hubspot has default properties that measure the time spent in a deal stage? This is helpful for a few reasons, but one of them is that you can create a report that pulls this duration property into custom aggregations, not just sums.
For example, a deal “Scoreboard” report can show the minimum, maximum, average, and median times spent in a given deal stage.

With statistical metrics like this, you’ll basically be this guy:

Avoid Filtering Reports by Specific Deal Owners
Filter reports by team role or territory rather than individual deal owners to ensure reports remain accurate when personnel changes occur.
Reports filtered by specific deal owners require manual updates whenever someone leaves or joins, while reports that use the "Deal Owner" property as a dimension automatically adapt to your current team structure.
