Customize Deal & Ticket Preview Cards
There are a lot of ways to customize the deal index. Some of them are in the right most tabs “Index Customization” and “Preview Customization” In the screenshot below. The one I find most useful is actually in the deal pipeline settings (this is the same for tickets).
For each pipeline, you can customize the cards to have the properties you care most about seeing. There is a limit of 4 properties, so prioritize wisely.

Doubled-up Marketing Email Workflows
It’s totally normal to have some doubling up when you are using a lot of automations for marketing emails. Maybe you have an appointment form, a gated asset, and a quiz. Maybe they each result in 3 emails, with some delays in between. If a contact does a specific set of actions in an order you hadn’t accounted for, they might get 3 or more emails from you in a single day.
If you already have workflows that use delays like this and just want to make sure they never hit on the same day, add some branches just before the email node in the workflow. Try adding this to just one of a handful of workflows first. If you keep seeing the doubling up, add it to more workflows.
The branch checks to see if the property “Last marketing email send date” is less than 1 day ago. If it was less than a day ago, you can add a delay and then direct the workflow right back to the email action, or you can have them complete the workflow, as they may be in another one.

Built-In Reports Commenting
If you’ve spent time in the dashboard tool, you’ve likely seen this little commenting widget. It seems simple, but the secret here isn’t technical, it’s a human issue. If you build reports for a manager, executive, or leader at your company, see if you can get them using this commenting tool.
It is much easier than emailing back and forth, trying to make sure you are referring to the same report/dashboard/etc. The comments come in with each one attached to a specific dashboard and report.
