📢 Announcement
Historical Email Import
This one is huge for anyone adopting HubSpot, moving from one account to another, or migrating from another CRM. You can now migrate your historical emails from gmail.
This feature allows you to bring in historical email activity and contacts. It’s in public beta, and you need to check off the new setting when you connect your gmail account.

✅ Tip
Quick fix for a common HubSpot headache.
Live Chat Capacity Limits
This is a great one to implement for orgs that are trying to make their live chat routing more efficient. A rep that is chatting with too many incoming website visitors will not be able to deliver a positive experience.

⚠️ Trap
Mistake to avoid before it causes chaos.
Set Up Your Own Notifications
A lot of Hubspot users set up notifications in workflows.
- “When event A happens, notify the ticket owner”
- “When form is filled, notify the company owner”.
These custom notifications are great for account-wide rules, but there is also a notifications panel that each user can set up for themselves. This gives you more granular control over your own experience.
If you are a rep or user in marketing, sales, or service, I would check with your admin before you customize these.

🔄 Try
Something small to test or improve this week.
Routing Rulesets
This one is relatively new and applies particularly to service. These rulesets let you set up custom logic for routing help desk tickets. Use rep skills, the ticket’s originating channel, and other properties to set up the logic. This is easier to keep track of than workflows, and that is the whole point.
